Free forever (not a trial)
The Free plan is a full booking workspace you can run indefinitely, with no credit card required. You get a branded booking page with your logo, cover, headline, bio, brand colour, and social links. Meeting types are unlimited, whether video or in person, and each can carry the intake questions you actually need. Confirmed video bookings can receive Zoom or Teams join links automatically, and those links are cleaned up when a booking cancels.
Availability stays accurate through Google and Outlook sync. Sensitive or VIP sessions can sit behind approvals and private links instead of the public page. Clients get reminders, and they can reschedule or cancel within the notice rules you set. Collecting payment at booking is reserved for Pro.
Pro: payments and white-label
When you are ready to charge for sessions and look fully on-brand, Pro unlocks payments and white-label. Cards run through Stripe or Yoco, with Instant EFT via Yoco in South Africa, chosen per meeting type. Custom domain and white-label options mean the booking experience feels like your practice, not a third-party widget.
